Redefined repertoire. Intelligently designed equipment. Optimal results.
The Trapeze Table is under-utilized in Pilates training. It is the optimal apparatus for learning the skills necessary to perform the intermediate/advanced Pilates repertoire. Based on what she learned from Carola, Deborah has honed the sequence, adding specific coordination patterns that run through the repertoire as well as pedestrian life.
Applying Pre-Pilates to the Trap Table and then on to the Reformer and auxiliary apparatus is an incredibly efficient sequence to progress any level student with measurable outcomes that the student can perceive.
This weekend workshop starts with the basics and applies them to the Trapeze Table and High-back Chair. Saturday and Sunday will consist of Trap Table for the first 3 hours, an hour break for lunch and then 3 hours on the High-Back Chair. The workshop is taught on DLP Equipment, which has been designed to best support and challenge the body for the optimal movement experience.
Participation is limited to 2 attendees per apparatus. Each attendee will receive individualized direction and the opportunity to repeat all movements.
This workshop is physically demanding and geared for experienced practitioners.
